What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return for an exchange of an item or to receive a store credit.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return/exchange?
To start a return contact us as Returns@baebeenini.com. Please include your name, order number and item(s) that you need to exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
What if my items are damaged?
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at Returns@baebeenini.com
